Inspired by 1960's Polaroid photos and 1980's fashions, my style is clean crisp images just as much as it is under-saturated and vintage looking photograps. My Nikon D700 and my old-school Nikon lenses are always with me for assignments. They give me confidence to compose each shot the way I want it and always yield amazing results.

Somewhere in-between the city and the country is where I grew up. Small town Murchison (pop. 425) to the big skyline of Dallas, Texas. Early snapshots with my little pocket camera led to photography school, which led to photojournalism, then on to art school.

Ultimately I'm charged with the responsibility of incorporating three disciplines as a wedding photographer. Artist, storyteller, and skilled tradesmen. With 12 years of experience I take this approach with each assignment I accept.

Most of the time you will find me hanging out with my wife of four years Backcountry skiing in the Cascades. Or we could be out exploring any number of Oregon's magnificent landscapes. She is my best friend and I could not do what it is that I do without her.
