Whether you want to increase cardiovascular strength, build muscle, or increase flexibility, I can help you. I am experienced in working around injuries, and facilitating an environment that promotes healing.

My workout programs focus on making positive changes and creating an overall healthy lifestyle. The changes we make together can last a lifetime. For added convenience, I also offer in-home personal training and tandem personal training.

Healthy eating is a way of life for me. I make meals that are easy, quick, and delicious, as well as low in calories and high in nutrients. I believe in fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. I don’t believe in fad diets or quick fixes.

I accommodate all food styles and preferences, including gluten-free diets, vegan diets, and vegetarian diets. Here are some examples of what I create:

  • Coconut chicken vegetable soup with brown rice.
  • Whole grain pancakes with flaxseed.
  • Kale, goat cheese, and quinoa cake (vegetarian).
  • Cold Mexican rice salad (vegan).
