"Mee-so not get sick" SOUP


Organic miso paste - I use a big tablespoon
Hot water - 2-3 cups*
Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
Minced Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Pinch of spicy hot like cayenne, chili flakes, sriracha sauce, or tabasco
4 mushrooms chopped in quarters or sliced
thinly sliced onions - about a half cup
green onion or chives - chopped and added at the end.

Directions
In a soup pot, on lowish. Saute onions, ginger and garlic until soft, add water, miso, mushrooms and pinch of desired spicy hotness and let cook on medium for about 5 min or so, add green onion and eat it up!

*you can add more or less depending on how salty you like your miso.
